Description

University of Utah voice service users may experience brief phone call interruptions during scheduled maintenance on Tuesday-Wednesday, September 1-2, 2026, from 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Voice services that rely on the Avaya platform, including Microsoft Teams, will be impacted. Centrex (analog) services will not be affected. This maintenance is part of a planned voice network refresh and network infrastructure modernization effort. The following systems will not be available: • CIS • Departmental Deposit • eAward • EDR • eJournal • ePR • eProposal • Sales Tax Report • Software Catalog • Web Journal Edit • Campus Directory Note: Splash pages for unavailable systems will be posted during the outage.
