Description

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) will undergo planned maintenance on Tuesday-Wednesday, January 14-15, 2025, from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. UKG Workforce Central and UKG Acuity+ servers and applications will be unavailable for part or all of the maintenance period. Time clocks will still record punches, which will be transmitted to UKG once server connections are reestablished. U hospitals and clinics that depend on UKG for patient care should prepare downtime procedures for the duration of the maintenance period. UIT will conduct scheduled web server maintenance on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Scheduled maintenance information is available on uofu.status.io. Maintenance notes: Schedule: First Wednesday of each month from 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.; second Wednesday of each month from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. During any given maintenance window your site may be unavailable for part of the time period, depending on needed patches. Typically, downtime is a few seconds to a few minutes.
